Reservations/Pricing
Harbyn Properties work with Thorntons Property and Thorntons Law in respect of our reservations. The process is pretty straightforward, and an example of the process is laid out below;
RESERVATION PROCESS:
- View (either on line or in person) one of the Harbyn Homes.
- Meet with one of the Harbyn Partners.
- Agree, plot, price, choices etc.
- Make a reservation (£2,000 fee).
- Sign reservation form.
- Reservation receipt provided.
- House is removed from Harbyn/Thorntons Marketing while step 5 below is carried out.
- Copy of the reservation form provided to both sets of lawyers (yours and Harbyn’s).
- Lawyers take 2-3 weeks to agree terms.
- Lawyers conclude a legal agreement (missive).
- Deposit taken from lawyers and held to secure the purchase (£3,000).
- Harbyn build the house, and liaise and update on progress.
- House is completed, and completion certificate signed off by local authority.
- Lawyers transfer remaining funds to Harbyn lawyers (agreed price less £5,000 already paid).
- Harbyn handover house, and keys to happy new customer.
PRICING POLICY AND PRICE CHANGES:
Harbyn Properties reserve the right to amend pricing without notice. However, in most circumstances a notice period will be given to clients in advance of any price changes. Price changes are driven typically by demand or market changes, and are a reflection of the products that Harbyn Properties are developing.
Prices will be updated on the website/s and various paperwork, but paperwork can become out of date quickly, and Harbyn Properties will only be held by prices agreed between purchasers and its partners.
Harbyn Properties will also from time to time run incentives and promotions which will be of a time sensitive nature. To get the best deal, contact Harbyn directly.
